So much to like and admire here. Mirrors so much my own cancer story, and that of my brother. The PTSD is real, that's for certain. Doesn't matter what sort of knife invades your body: cyber, granules, radiation, chemo, stainless steel, the body remembers and does not like it. Rooting for you, Michael, rooting hard.

Well, hell. You’ve managed to make me feel depressed, impressed, impatient, and optimistic. That’s good writing. That’s also a good reason to write. I appreciate your willingness to share the roller coaster ride with us.

You are the GOAT of optimistic cancer bloggers, Michael. You are well-poised for each step of this journey and whatever lymphoma throws at you. If you do wind up doing outpatient CAR-T I highly recommend you talking to Mike and Jackie Dunn. They went through it last year (Mike is doing great now) and can give you and Stacy terrific advice. We profiled them on Insight recently.

So much gratitude to you, Michael, for using the full force of your incredible writing talent to invite us into each chapter of this journey. Your framing makes me understand what a gift your donor’s cells are for bringing you to this stage of the fight. And a blessing that Dana Farber’s CAR-T therapy is such a promising treatment now, challenging as it will be. Sending love, healing thoughts, and a hex on those cancer cells.

thanks cuz. Appreciate all the love and the hex! I was going to write you a month or so ago when this sort of re-began. I do hope a trip out to Ca is still in the cards soon but just not this spring. :)
